No Refunds or Returns
Because our products are made and packaged to order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.
Please ensure all product details, quantities, and shipping information are correct before completing checkout.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at bradywielenga@gmail.com or 712-551-7048.
We will review each claim individually and, if approved, provide a replacement for the defective item.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to assist if the order has not yet entered production or shipment.
